Guiding your adventure will be me, Captain Alex Gorichky III. Born and raised in a water-loving family, I’ve spent my entire life here on the shores of the space coast. I am a true local, with intimate knowledge of these diverse waterways and vast ecosystem. Between world-class offshore fishing from Port Canaveral, inshore fishing in the Indian and Banana rivers, scuba diving, and surfing, life for me has always revolved around the gorgeous waters of the Space Coast. My true joy is sharing a vast variety of angling opportunities and intricacies of the local environment with people of all skill levels.
As a life-long resident of the space coast, I strongly believe in giving back to the community that has given so much to me. I am a former board member and continuous volunteer for the Anglers for Conservation, the AFC’s mission is to create a new generation of coastal stewards using community-based angling education, habitat restoration and applied conservation science. My own two children spend as much time on the water as I did growing up, and I understand the profound impact that spending time on the water and being a part of nature has on small children. One of my other passions is advocacy for the waterways and natural areas of this dynamic and beautiful place I call home. I regularly give seminars and talks about fishing and lagoon health to many different organizations as a way to help educate people from all walks of life about the waterways, our influence, and how we can make things better. Being a positive force in my community and delivering the very best charter fishing experience possible are the primary goals of my days and nights.
I invite you to come spend some time in this world-class fishing destination. It will be my pleasure to present to you the variety and abundance of the waters that my family and I call home.
